Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-In: 4pm. There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, you will receive an email with the door code. The code will be resent a week before your stay.
  • Check-Out: 10am.
  • No check-ins or check-outs are allowed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.

Property Access

  • Go directly to the cabin with the door code provided via email after payment is complete. The code will be resent a week before your stay.
  • The property is accessed via a scenic uphill gravel road in Wears Valley.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 21 years.
  • Children allowed.

  • Vacay Protection, if purchased, covers:
    • Cancellation Guarantee: Cancel your reservation for any reason up to 7 days prior to check-in and receive a full refund (minus the vacay protection fee).

    • Damage Coverage: Covers up to $250 of unintentional damage. Damages exceeding $250, intentional or unintentional, will be charged to the credit card on file.
